Terms and conditions of sale and use

Version of 3 September 2026.

1. Publisher and purpose

These terms govern access to the LetzTest platform at letztest.lu and the sale of individual access to it. The publisher is identified in full in the legal notice.

LetzTest is a private preparation service for the Luxembourgish language exam (Sproochentest). It is independent of the INL and of the Ministère de la Justice, does not run the exam, and issues no certificate that carries weight in the naturalisation procedure.

2. Nature of the service

The service consists of online access to practice content, mock exams and automated feedback produced by artificial-intelligence tools. Scores, estimates and comments produced by the platform are practice indications. They imply nothing about the outcome of the exam and prejudge no decision of the INL or of any authority.

3. Price and payment

Individual access is sold at €130, Luxembourg VAT included, for six months. Payment is a single payment made at the time of the order, using the methods offered at checkout. An invoice is made available in the customer account.

Promotional codes may be offered occasionally; the reference price remains €130. Licences bought by a company may fall under volume tiers, confirmed on the quote.

4. Duration and end of access

Access is activated once payment is confirmed and ends by operation of these terms 180 days later. There is no tacit renewal, no subscription and no recurring charge. Reminders are sent 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before the end date. After that date, access to the exercises closes; the customer’s history is retained in line with the privacy policy and becomes available again on a new purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Under the rules applicable to the supply of digital content, that right lapses where performance has begun with the customer’s prior express agreement and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. A customer who has not started using the service may request a full refund at hello@letztest.lu within that period.

6. Account, use and security

Accounts are strictly personal. Sharing credentials, automated extraction of content and any attempt at unauthorised access lead to suspension without refund. The content — audio, images, questions, feedback — is protected and reserved for personal preparation use.

7. Availability and conformity of the service

The publisher takes reasonable measures to keep the service available. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond its control. Where an extended outage is attributable to the publisher, the access period is extended accordingly. Customers retain the rights provided by Luxembourg and European consumer law where a digital service is not in conformity.

8. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for failing the exam, for the refusal of a naturalisation application, or for decisions taken by the INL or any authority. The publisher’s liability is in any event limited to the amount paid by the customer.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. For company orders that involve processing on the customer’s behalf, a data processing agreement is signed on request.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, a consumer may use consumer mediation in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction.

11. Contact
